    1. Video Production & Editing Intern (Video/Teleprompter/AI/Adobe Premiere)

    Responsibilities:
    • Set up and operate professional video equipment (camera, tripod, lighting, teleprompter at campaign’s expense ) for campaign video shoots.
    • Record candidate speeches, issue statements, interviews, and promotional footage.
    • Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, integrating graphics, subtitles, campaign branding, and voice-overs.
    • Use AI video editing tools (e.g., Descript, Runway, Pictory) for rapid short-form content generation.
    • Optimize and format videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and campaign landing pages.
    • Collaborate with the Social Media and Communications Team to create consistent video messaging.

    Deliverables:
    • 8–12 polished short-form videos (30–90 sec) per month.
    •capture and help edit  5 to 20 campaign speeches or narrative videos (2–5 minutes).
    • A content calendar of scheduled uploads and performance metrics.

    Attend calendar of events to attend  including Democratic Clubs, political interest and civic groups, Zoom calls and Meet-ups to capture A roll and B roll

    2. Social Media Strategy Intern (Hootsuite, Messaging, Multi-Platform Posting)

    Responsibilities:
    • Draft and publish daily campaign posts across Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, and TikTok using Hootsuite or equivalent.
    • Monitor platform engagement and respond to comments or DMs using campaign-approved messaging.
    • Collaborate with video and civic teams to amplify press mentions, endorsements, event invites, and videos.
    • A/B test headlines, hashtags, and visual formats for effectiveness and reach.
    • Create quick-turnaround visuals using Canva, Adobe Express, or templates.

    Deliverables:
    • Weekly social media performance reports.
    • A campaign-wide social media calendar (rolling 2 weeks ahead).
    • 5–7 platform-optimized posts per week.
    • 2–3 viral outreach campaigns targeting influencers, community orgs, or voter blocs.
    • A content calendar of scheduled uploads and performance metrics.

    3. Civic Engagement & Content Development Intern (YouTube, Journalists, Dem Outreach)

    Responsibilities:
    • Research and create outreach lists of Democratic organizations, student clubs, labor groups, and progressive influencers.
    • Draft YouTube and podcast-friendly messaging and reach out to journalists and content creators.
    • Write and publish blog posts, Medium articles, or newsletters promoting the campaign’s civic message.
    • Help manage event outreach lists and coordinate RSVP follow-up for town halls, voter listening sessions, or panels.
    • Track media coverage and draft campaign responses, letters to the editor, and social media threads.

    Deliverables:
    • Outreach tracker of 100+ civic partners and media targets.
    • 4–6 original civic messaging pieces (blog posts, articles, speech drafts).
    • Weekly engagement summary (contacts made, responses, collaborations secured).
    • 2–10 public civic-facing digital events supported.
    • A content calendar of scheduled uploads and performance metrics.
